Solar System: 5KVA Hybrid Inverter Installation Price

We are pleased to offer our Standard Fee Installation service, currently available exclusively in Gauteng and Western Cape. This installation package includes the following services:

1. Connection of Hybrid Inverter to Main Distribution Board (DB): Our skilled technicians will expertly connect the hybrid inverter to your main DB, ensuring proper electrical connections and functionality.

2. Mounting of Hybrid Inverter/Power Station: We will securely mount the hybrid inverter or power station in the designated location, adhering to safety standards and guidelines.

3. Testing of Hybrid Inverter: Our team will conduct thorough testing of the hybrid inverter to verify that the batteries are charging correctly and all systems are functioning optimally.

4. Issuing of Certificate of Compliance (COC): Upon completion, we will provide you with a Certificate of Compliance, certifying that the electrical connections meet the required standards and regulations.

5. Installation of Changeover Switch: We will install the necessary changeover switch, ensuring a smooth transition between various power sources.

6. Battery Connection to Hybrid Inverter: Our technicians will connect the batteries to the hybrid inverter, ensuring proper functionality and integration.

Please note that the following services are not included in the Standard Fee Installation package:

- Fault Finding: We do not provide fault-finding services as part of this installation package. Any troubleshooting or fault identification will be considered a separate service and may incur additional charges.

- Mounting of Solar Panels on the Roof: The installation of solar panels on the roof is excluded from this package. If you require solar panel installation, please inquire about our additional services.

- Modifications of Walls, Plugs, and Wiring: Any modifications required for walls, plugs, or wiring are not included in this package. These services may be subject to additional charges.

- Homes with 2 DB Boards: For homes with 2 DB boards, additional call-out charges may apply. Please contact us for more information specific to your setup.

Please be aware that if your project does not align with the terms and conditions or falls outside the scope of our service framework, an on-site assessment will be conducted by MultiConnect Electricals, DISHBOSS certified contractor, to provide you with a customised quote. This additional quote will be payable directly to Multi Connect Electricals If you accept the proposed project, the call-out fee will be waived. Otherwise, a call-out fee of R450 will be charged.

Terms & Conditions of Standard Fee Installation:

- All labels on the DB board must be in place and accurate to ensure proper identification of circuits.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that no looping of electric wiring has occurred prior to installation.

- If fault finding is required due to looping or incorrect labeling of the DB, an additional charge of R1000 will be applied.

- A minimum of 1 square meter of available space is required for mounting the hybrid inverter/power station, positioned no more than 1 meter away from the main DB.

- For safety purposes, the hybrid inverter must be mounted at least 1 meter above the floor level.

- We provide a one-year warranty on the installation, offering you peace of mind and assurance.
