The voucher is for 2 hours installation of one air conditioner only.

The voucher is valid for areas within a 50km radius of in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Durban

The service will be provided by AirPro AC Solutions and their network of approved, skilled and accredited service providers to perform installations on the terms, conditions and rates set out below and subject to the voucher terms and conditions.

The voucher ensures the following from service providers:
12-month warranty on all workmanship
Qualified, background-checked, accredited, and rated service
Dedication to exceptional customer service

This voucher includes:

1. 3M Electrical Cable
2. 3M Height set as standard height
3. Demonstration of aircon functionality
   
   This voucher excludes:

• Outside Unit Bracket
• Trunking of cables
  Isolator (Required for 18000BTU - 24000BTU) Customer to have a dedicated electrical supply point (external isolator) installed within 1 to 2 meter of the condensing outdoor unit, as required by law and compliant with council requirements.
• This will require a Certificate of Compliance to be issued by a registered electrician.
  Circuit breaker
  Plastering & painting if not as a result of installation
  Cutting into a roof or wall to accommodate placement of the aircon unit
  Installing on roof during night-time or during periods of heavy rain
  Installing greater than standard height
  Moving of customer furniture
  Hiring of professional cleaning services
  Travel over and above a 50 km radius of city centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban. Additional travel will be charged at R4.50 per additional km greater than 50km.

  Other general conditions:
  
  The area where the air conditioning needs to be placed must be easily accessible.
  The air conditioner must be the correct BTU for the size of the room.
  Any work over and above the inclusions in this voucher will be quoted by the service provider onsite, to be settled directly with the service provider.
  The installer will be a third-party service provider assigned by AirPro AC Solutions. The service provider is solely responsible for the performance of the services and will be liable for any damages, losses or claims which may arise as a result thereof.
